The program is specifically designed to be compatible with the high level professional duties and pressures of executive profiles.</p><h3 id="features"><strong>International Executive MBA Program Features</strong></h3><ul>    <li>The program delivers a full MBA curriculum in two part-time formats over a 13 month period to allow combination of full-time work and travel with a high quality MBA.</li>    <li>The international residential period in Shanghai is in coordination with the Fudan School of Management in Shanghai, China.</li>    <li>Topics are analyzed through participant’s discussion of real cases and business simulations.</li>    <li>Group work discussions supported by IE’s online campus.</li>    <li>A methodology that enables the identification of the main problems companies deal with and develops participant’s decision-making abilities.</li>    <li>Brings together experienced international business professionals.</li></ul><h3 id="format"><strong>International Executive MBA Bi-weekly Format</strong></h3><p>The Bi-weekly format is designed to allow the combination of full-time work and travel with the rigors of the MBA program. Classes are held every second weekend in <A href="http://www.ie.edu/IE/ie_vivir_madrid//"target=_blank><u>Madrid</u></b></A>. Fridays (9:00 to 20:00 h) and Saturdays (9:00 to 15:00 h), including approximately four day-long Thursday sessions throughout the year and a one-week residential in Shanghai in coordination with the Fudan School of Management in Shanghai, China.</p><p>Intake: November</p><h3 id="formatonline"><strong>International Executive MBA Online Format</strong></h3><p>The blended face-to-face/online format encompasses three two-week residential sessions and two six-month online sessions.  The face to face periods are conducted on campus in <A href="http://www.ie.edu/IE/ie_vivir_madrid//"target=_blank><u>Madrid</u></b></A> at the beginning and end of the course and a two-week period, also in coordination with the Fudan School of Management in Shanghai, China.</p><p>Intakes: June and November</p><h3 id="profile"><strong>Participants profile</strong></h3><p>The International Executive MBA online is intended for professionals with experience in managerial positions who wish to broaden their perspectives and further develop their capabilities following a quality and prestigious MBA, but who cannot leave their place of residence and/or professional responsibilities for extended periods of time.</p><h3 id="requeriments"><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><p>To be considered for admission, a candidate must have successfully completed the following, prior to submission:</p>    <p>A Bachelor´s degree at an accredited college/university (or equivalent).
