The International Executive MBA Bi-weekly version is an intensive thirteen-month program that meets every other weekend at the downtown Madrid campus. Classes are held all day Friday and Saturdays until 15:00, allowing students to follow an intensive curriculum while continuing to balance professional and personal responsibilities. The class also travels to Shanghai, China for a one-week residential period to immerse students within Asian business and customs.

The International Executive MBA is divided into two modules, one dealing with fundamentals and the second with integration. The international characteristic of the student body and the diversity they bring to classroom make the format a truly enriching and challenging experience.

Pre Program

The introductory course in Financial Accounting is designed to equip students with the foundation and basic concepts of the subject. The course is monitored by a tutor and aimed at those who have professional careers outside of the financial realm and those who would like to refresh their basic technical skills in the area.

The pre-program is voluntary and conducted online, not requiring the student’s presence in Madrid, and all students are encouraged to participate

The first module focuses on the convergence of skills of students from different academic and professional backgrounds and aims to equip them with the fundamental core tools & knowledge needed as top level manager in a changing business environment.

Presential Period

Students of the International Executive MBA Bi-weekly engage a one week residential period in Shanghai that combines diverse academic and extra-academic activities. The main objective of this period is to plunge students into the Chinese economic environment and organizational culture. The change of setting facilitates participants getting a closer glimpse into Asian companies from diverse sectors and industries. In addition to company guided visits, master classes sessions, working lunches and dinner conferences are also scheduled with professors from world renowned Chinese universities.
